Gentle Yoga

It will help stretch the muscles that are in need of some love and encourage your body to relax and rejuvenate before your next workout.

Hatha Yoga

Grow Your Balance, Flexibility, Mobility, and Calm

Modifications For All Levels.

Slowly flow from one pose to another with enough time to focus on proper alignment and breathing.

Create a strong foundation for movement.

Breaks between poses allow for time to focus on learning the essential postures and breathing for health, flexibility, mobility, balance, and happiness.

Instructors focus on proper alignment and breathing in basic yoga postures and more challenging postures when appropriate.

Restorative Yoga

A soothing practice to recharge with seated and reclined postures using supportive props to allow as much relaxation as possible.

Sound Bath & Meditation

Come experience the amazing benefits of a sound massage. Sound baths are essentially just that…and so much more. A sound bath is a meditative practice involving a practitioner guiding attendees–often supported in savasana (corpse pose)--through a sound meditation using various instruments to bathe the listeners in healing vibrations.

The sound is typically generated by such instruments as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, and flutes, among other things. In addition to relaxing the body and mind and supporting the parasympathetic nervous system state, sound baths can balance the chakras and help individuals explore greater states of conscious awareness.

Energy Balancing Techniques & Sound Bath Meditation

Are you curious about the healing potential of energy work and sound? Step into the realm of healing as we create more harmony and flow in our energy systems through energy-balancing techniques and sound bath meditation.

Begin with a 15-minute guided exploration of energy medicine techniques, designed to balance and harmonize various aspects of your energy system.

Then, immerse yourself in the serene depths of a sound bath meditation, allowing waves of soothing vibrations to guide you toward greater inner balance and harmony.

A wellness program that combines the calming art of knitting with mindful breathing techniques for a rejuvenating and fulfilling experience.

Come experience simplicity, focus, and tranquility.

As part of the wellness program, I will guide you through the fundamentals of knitting, teaching you various stitches and techniques. You'll learn to create beautiful and functional items, such as scarves, hats, or blankets, using your own hands and creativity.
