  • We highly recommend creating a profile online.

Also, follow us on Instagram to send us a DM or call us anytime.

  • After you sign up online, we recommend you show up 15 minutes before class.

Typically, shoes are taken off at the entrance inside.

And specifically for sound baths, showing up early will help you get your space together with any blankets, bolsters, and mats.

    • Bring your mat, but they are free at the studio too!

    • Water - We don’t have filtered water onsite, but we do have refrigerators

    • Bring A Towel

    • Most parking is on Sea Street

    • Lately the City of Quincy has been doing a lot of construction - in which case parking in the Church or Grumpy White’s can work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be flexible or experienced to join?

Not at all. Our classes welcome every level, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. Instructors offer modifications so you can practice at your own pace.

Do you offer heated classes or hot classes?

Classes are gently heated and while we often try to increase the heat, we do not have specifically HOT classes.

How many students are in each class?

Our classes are intentionally small to ensure personal attention, usually no more than 12 students per class.

What should I bring and wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring a water bottle, and if you have your own mat, please bring it. We also have mats and props available for use at the studio.

What if I miss a class I signed up for?

Life happens! Please cancel at least 3 hours before class to avoid losing your credit. This also gives someone on the waitlist a chance to join.

Can I practice online instead of in-studio?

Yes. We offer live virtual classes so you can practice from home while still feeling connected to the community.

Is there an age requirement?

Students must be at least 17 to join our regular public classes. We do make exceptions for mature kids and teenagers, especially when accompanied by an adult. Also, we occasionally offer youth and family yoga classes. Check the schedule for details.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancel at least 3 hours before class to keep your credit.

  • Late cancels or no-shows may result in a fee or lost class credit.

  • For workshops and events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for credit.
