Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice where poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing the body to gently release tension and create space through stillness and breath.

Rather than flowing continuously from pose to pose, Yin invites you to settle in, soften, and explore a quieter side of movement. The practice targets the deeper connective tissues of the body while encouraging mindfulness, patience, and relaxation.

Expect calming postures, supported stretches, intentional breath awareness, and a peaceful atmosphere designed to help you slow down and reconnect.

This class is a wonderful complement to active lifestyles, strength training, faster-paced yoga, or everyday stress.

You’ll leave feeling more open, centered, grounded, and restored.

This gentle, prop-supported practice is designed to promote profound relaxation and healing. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the body is fully supported in stillness, allowing the nervous system to shift into “rest and digest” mode.

Restorative yoga is especially beneficial for managing chronic stress, anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, and for those healing from illness, injury, or burnout. Postures are primarily seated or reclined and held for several minutes to encourage deep release and relaxation.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, supported, and at ease, mind, body, and spirit. We take special care to ensure each student feels comfortable and safe throughout the practice.

This class offers a gift of stillness in a fast-moving world, a moment to pause, recharge, and return to yourself.
